Our SEEQ Platform helps you transform customer and employee experience, through personal stories and AI.
关于我们
Share More Stories is a CX and EX insights company that combines personal stories and AI to help companies, brands and organizations understand and improve people's experiences. By understanding the "WHY" behind people's experiences, you can sustain what's working, and fix what isn't. We believe too many business people are being led astray by what we call “The Digital Veil.” We are chasing clicks, likes, shares and KPIs. We are convincing ourselves that these metrics matter above all else, even while knowing that these measures are narrowly limited in terms of what they can help us know. Distracted by these quick-to-track measures, we are failing to really listen, deeply understand and creatively invent the human-led solutions that drive long-term growth. Share More Stories has a solution: the SEEQ Platform. It is founded in storytelling, because we understand that stories are powerful. Storytelling is fundamentally human. Our stories help us connect and share our experiences, and they unlock deeper, human needs, wants and truths. The inventive ideas that fuel sustainable growth, that we all seek, come from our stories. It is also founded in AI, because we understand that when used ethically, technology offers us tools that are scalable and efficient. Together, storytelling and AI help us see what we cannot see simply staring at clicks, likes, shares and funnels. Today, we are deeply focused on human expression as the key to understanding and improving human experience (HX) and experience management (XM). Our “human + digital” ethos remains strong, and guides our development and application of AI technology into our products and services. From our latest newsletter, "The Art of Listening: Uncovering True Customer and Employee Wants and Needs": "A healthcare technology company, for example, mapped patient experiences through SEEQ to improve organizational culture and patient engagement, acting on insights to address specific patient needs and improve outcomes. Another organization learned from SEEQ’s insights about the experiences of Black travelers, transforming how they engaged by developing an inclusive marketing strategy that resonated more deeply with this community. In every project, SEEQ’s approach brings the human element to CX and EX by focusing on what truly matters to people." So... are you truly listening, or just hearing? ?? SEEQ’s story-driven approach goes deeper, revealing motivations and insights behind every experience. Discover how empathetic listening can reshape CX and EX. “The context matters as much as the text.” This is crucial to the way we quantify emotion and map the drivers of EX and CX, by prompting participants to share more insightful personal stories in the SEEQ Platform. #SEEQ #EX #CX #Stories #AI
I help companies truly understand employee and customer experiences, so they can make them much better and grow. Shared Stories = Connection and Collective Wisdom, so tell me yours and I'll tell you mine.
Context matters. Take two people who share demographic characteristics, and they respond to a situation in the exact same way. You might assume that they will act the same way in the future because of their shared demographics and similar behavior. But what if the reasons for their actions were different? And what if their reasons change? Now you’re faced with a situation where one of those two people who you assumed would behave similarly and consistently, suddenly does something totally different. They defied the prediction. Have you ever asked someone why they did a thing you didn’t expect them to do, and they replied, “I have my reasons.” As annoying as it may be when that’s your friend, partner or child, when it comes to customer and employee experience, that’s often the most important thing to understand. The reason is a huge part of the context. It’s the why. And it’s important to understand because when the context changes, it’s quite possible the behavior will, too. When we’re explaining SEEQ to people, we show them how we ask participants to remember the sensory parts of the experience they’re describing, before they write their story. We do this because a) it helps participants remember their stories in richer detail, and b) it helps them provide more clues into the context. It’s why we say “the context matters as much as the text.” When participants write in SEEQ, they’re primed to focus more on the details that matter — where they were, who they were with, what happened, how it made them feel, and what they learned from the experience. This approach helps us understand them and their why at a much deeper and more actionable level. (And in a scalable way.) When uncertainty increases, we have to go deeper to understand how people are likely to act. We’re reaching a point where demographics and past behaviors are simply not enough to predict future behavior. (In some respects, the results of the 2024 election are a perfect example of this.) We need to understand people’s why. We need to understand their values. We need to understand the hopes and dreams; their wants, needs and fears. We need to understand the context for people’s experiences. It starts with listening to people’s stories. Now consider two people with very different demographic characteristics who have not behaved the same in the past; suddenly, they make the same choice, act the same way. If you understand their why, you can find the hidden commonality. You can find the reasons that unite them and explain their behavior. Now, you have better predictions. Now, you have new opportunities. This deep belief reveals our “why.” Because we can’t make things better or make better things for people, until we get better at listening and understanding where people are coming from. Until we desire to truly connect and not just transact. Until we see this as core to the human experience, rather than an afterthought. #SEEQ #EX #CX #Insights #Stories #AI
