Share More Stories is a CX and EX insights company that combines personal stories and AI to help companies, brands and organizations understand and improve people's experiences. By understanding the "WHY" behind people's experiences, you can sustain what's working, and fix what isn't. We believe too many business people are being led astray by what we call “The Digital Veil.” We are chasing clicks, likes, shares and KPIs. We are convincing ourselves that these metrics matter above all else, even while knowing that these measures are narrowly limited in terms of what they can help us know. Distracted by these quick-to-track measures, we are failing to really listen, deeply understand and creatively invent the human-led solutions that drive long-term growth. Share More Stories has a solution: the SEEQ Platform. It is founded in storytelling, because we understand that stories are powerful. Storytelling is fundamentally human. Our stories help us connect and share our experiences, and they unlock deeper, human needs, wants and truths. It is also founded in AI, because we understand that when used ethically, technology offers us tools that are scalable and efficient.     I’ve realized I’m a spring-and-fall kind of person for a little while, now. These two seasons resonate with me much more than summer and winter do. I love spring for the planting and sprouting it presents, and I love fall for harvesting and sharing. Despite having really bad allergies, I think my love for spring in particular started when I was a kid. We had just moved from New York to Jackson, Michigan, and our 70-year-old neighbor, “Mother Fletcher,” taught me how to garden. It was a way for me to navigate some of the challenges and traumas I was experiencing. It helped me develop empathy and responsibility. Deepening my sense of nurture and my love of nature. Fun fact: I really dislike tomatoes in most forms, and I can't stand ketchup. But thanks to Mother Fletcher, I grew some of the biggest tomatoes you'd ever see. Even though I wouldn't eat them, I sure loved growing them and giving them away. That joy of planting and watching things grow has never left me. Which might explain why I’m so excited for what spring has to offer -- both in nature, and with SEEQ. Right now, the SEEQ Platform is helping a number of organizations plant their own seeds of growth: ?? A national travel and tourism brand is improving its marketing strategy with opportunity audiences. ?? A national energy company is deepening its understanding of employee culture so it can stay strong as they continue to grow. ?? An educational institution is mapping its entire experience in a 360-way, including alumni, families, faculty, board members, partners, and more, to update its brand strategy and strengthen its val prop. ?? A health and wellness brand is connecting employee and customer experiences after undergoing a year of major strategic change. What do they all have in common? ? They listen deeply to their employees, customers and stakeholders; they focus on what these people really want them to know; and then they take action. ? They go beyond the WHAT of traditional research to understand WHY experiences happen. ? They use storytelling and AI to uncover what truly drives better EX and CX.   • Product satisfaction and brand loyalty depend on the customer experience. Improving CX requires knowing who the customer is, what the customer experience is, why it’s happening, and why it matters to the customer. Many CX insights solutions do a good job of answering “who” and “what.” But they don’t do a good job of answering “why.” That’s where SEEQ comes in.
