The “Joyville” Residential Complex located along the Dwarka Expressway at Sector 102, Gurugram is an?intuitively and thoughtfully designed complex that offers maximum comfort and convenience to its residents. Built by Shapoorji Pallonji E&C, this complex comprises of thirteen high-rise towers ranging from 15 to 27 storeys that together accommodate ~1500 Dwelling Units (majorly 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK), 270 EWS Units, a Club House, a Community Hall and other modern amenities. The towers were built with monolithic concrete construction using aluminium formwork. The use of this formwork system improved cycle times, reduced manpower dependence, reduced material wastage and helped achieve improved safety and quality. SP E&C’s scope included Civil, Structural, Architectural Finishing, MEPF works, external development and landscaping works. 'Bridgestone's Tyre Manufacturing Facility at MIDC Chakan' is just one of the several manufacturing facilities that are part of the automobile manufacturing ecosystem around Pune. These automobile manufacturing units and component suppliers populate the landscape of outer Pune, particularly Pimpri-Chinchwad, Chakan, Ranjangaon and Talegaon industrial areas. SP E&C, through its construction services, has served several Indian and international Auto Majors and auto ancillaries having their manufacturing units in and around the city. Bridgestone India, which is a subsidiary of Japanese multinational tyre manufacturer Bridgestone Corporation, has a well-diversified portfolio, mainly of radial tyres which cater to OEM as well as replacement segments. SP E&C was the EPC Contractor for the Construction of Bridgestone’s Tyre Manufacturing Facilities (11.5K Project for Expansion) at MIDC Chakan near Pune. In addition, ‘Siemens Healthineers, Bengaluru’ project received ‘Prashansa Patra’ and three other SP E&C projects received Certificates of Appreciation from NSCI. The NSCI Safety Awards 2024 were presented in Mumbai on 17 Jan 2025. The awards were received by our CEO, Mr. Akhil Gupta along with our project team members.
