Staff is super responsive. Improvements made every year. Reporting is excellent. Automatic functions have saved me time. Overall: I have used ShapeNet for my business since 2016! It has helped me save time and grow my business over the years. The staff is still the same and that has been huge for me. The customer service team knows me and knows my product. I started using their auto features a few years ago and it changed my life. I now no longer have to manually bill my clients and we have set up auto texting and emails that really have helped communication with members. I also use the reports on a daily basis. As the owner, I need financial information immediately and ShapeNet allows me to compare to last month, last year, and create custom reports. I highly recommend this software to other gym/studio owners!
