We recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of Philip Parente against the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) for disability discrimination and retaliation alleging that he was fired for having a disability and for seeking an accommodation. In addition to MoMA, three MoMA employees are named as defendants (Michelle Elligott, Odessa Matsubara, and Caroline Clements) for their collective roles in failing to comply with the ADA and New York state/local law.? ?
