    A new year means new opportunities: this year, we’re committed to matching our previous achievements and going far beyond. ?? The highlight of 2024 for us was forming key partnerships. We aligned with Formstack, Zendesk, and airSlate to deliver personalized solutions, including: 1. Serving over 70 clients at Formstack, with assistance for V3 API to V4 API conversions provided. 2. Acquiring enterprise clients at Zendesk. 3. Developing both SignNow API and a go-to-market partnership at airSlate. ?? What this means in 2025: We aim to double the value we bring to our partnerships with seamless integration and innovative solutions.? 1. With Formstack, we’re building on our momentum from 2024 by expanding integration use cases with key partners like airSlate and others for document and workflow automation solutions. 2. Working closely with Zendesk, we’ll create offerings and applications for businesses of various sizes and industries, focusing on large enterprises. 3. Finally, in our work with airSlate, we’ll drive document and workflow automation use cases in collaboration with Salesforce and other Enterprise SaaS partnerships.     Ending 2024 on a High Note with My First Certification "Process Automation Accredited Professional" from the Partner Community! During the preparation for this certification, I worked on creating numerous flows, setting up approval rules, and learning about integrations – all of which sharpened my skills and deepened my understanding of the platform. 2024 has been a year of learning and growth. Navigating client needs and diving deeper into Salesforce challenges has been both rewarding and enriching. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from ShadowRock. A special thanks to Matt Busi for believing in my abilities and providing me the platform to learn. I’ve been quieter on LinkedIn this year, but I’ve always drawn inspiration from this amazing community. It’s humbling to be part of a family that has grown to over 3,600 connections – each of you sharing valuable insights and motivation. As for the certification – though I took the exam in September, the partner community transition to Trailhead caused a delay in receiving it as it got lost. Huge thanks to the Salesforce team for recovering my credentials and ensuring this achievement didn’t go unnoticed! Here’s to a fantastic 2025!
