This fully climate-controlled facility will be 113,000 GSF and is strategically located in a high-growth sub market of Orlando. Start the countdown! Our Boynton Beach, FL Self-Storage project is on track to break ground in April! Located in the AG Reserve, this facility will be 130,000 GSF and feature 40 RV/Boat Parking spaces. Big thanks to Kenneth Carlson Architect and Kimley-Horn for their awesome work! DC CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES, INC. will be the General Contractor on the project and we thank Chris Peck for all his hard work thus far! Our Semoran Self-Storage project is weeks away from opening! Kudos to our awesome partners at PLC Construction FL, LLC for a job well done! This facility will be managed by Extra Space Storage and feature all climate-controlled units as well as Boat/RV parking. With the deck pour starting at 3AM this morning the PLC Construction FL, LLC team is blitzing forward towards completion. With an anticipated delivery of February 2025, this facility will add a much needed additional 44,000 sqft of net rentable space to the beautiful City of Apopka and its residents!
