Last week Pamela attended the California Association of Health Facilities (#CAHF) 74th Annual Convention and Expo in #PalmSprings! CAHF is a non-profit association dedicated to providing long-term care for the elderly. SGPA enjoyed learning more about the issues impacting and solutions for #SkilledNursing and #IntermediateCare facilities - and meeting the superstars that care for this mature population. We loved sharing our expertise and expanding our network at this event! #Conference #SeniorLiving

#DesignConcept: This coastal #MixedUse project integrates retail, office, and residential components in southern California. Working with a constrained lot width, the design strikes a harmonious balance between work and beach life. A covered promenade fosters indoor-outdoor connections for the local community to enjoy. #Construction is moving quickly at Madrone Place! The concrete podium has been poured, and 2nd floor wood framing is going up! This major #UrbanInfill project will bring 154 units of 100% #AffordableHousing to #SanJose, CA. Amenities include shared courtyards, rooftop terraces, childcare facilities, exercise rooms, common areas, and supportive housing services for residents. #DesignConcept: This redevelopment envisions a vibrant, walkable, #MixedUse village within an existing 7-acre shopping center in the Bay Area. As part of phase one, we designed a mixed-use building with 28,720 SF of retail below and 303 #residential units above! Amenities include a leasing office, community lounge, game room, bike shop/storage, and shared roof terraces! Flexible street-level tenant space with outdoor seating and landscaping will help create an inviting sense of place for locals and visitors to enjoy! #Redevelopment #UrbanPlanning #SGPAResidential

Seacrest Village's Core Renovation provided major updates to the existing Lee and Frank Goldberg Residence Court and Joseph and Dorothy Goldberg Healthcare Center in #Encinitas, CA. Upgraded areas include the new kosher commercial kitchen, main independent living dining room, lobby/lounge, satellite kitchen, independent living residential units, staff break rooms, and private dining room! We provided brand new finishes, accessibility upgrades, a new roof, and major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and central plant system replacements. SGPA helped sponsor this fundraiser, which benefits Seacrest Village Retirement Communities in Encinitas! For over 20 years, we are proud to continue supporting Seacrest and their mission to serve seniors with compassion, dignity, and enjoyment.
