Get to know William (Bill) Babe, the general manager of our metal decorating print center of excellence. Since joining SGK 18 months ago, Bill Babe has been at the helm, leading, planning, organizing, and directing our internal and external operational execution.?? ??? Bill has always admired individuals with deep technical expertise and loves working alongside such talented people at SGK. His hands-on approach sees him involved in every stage of developing and delivering customer solutions. His favorite project to date has been SGK's?initial?metal decorating pilot project, which required close collaboration with SGK colleagues in the UK, highlighting our global capabilities.?? ??? The secret to ensuring quality and consistency, Bill says, is taking pride in your work. “When I take on a project, I set a goal and put in the necessary time and effort to achieve the goal. That’s how we operate in the Innovation Center.”?? ??? Outside of SGK, Bill is an avid cook, who enjoys reading multiple recipes for a dish before creating his own version.
