We were so honored and grateful to have Dr. Fred Barez, Professor and Chair of the Department of Aviation and Technology at San Jose State University, share his impressive expertise with the students. We learned about possible pathways in engineering, trends shaping the future of manufacturing, and his valuable insights into the industry. The students walked away more motivated than ever to pursue their careers in this field. SFMade (a CMTC?California’s Manufacturing Network?Partner) recently had the opportunity to work with?Kefir Lab, a probiotic kefirs and shots manufacturer. SFMade helped Kefir Lab find a manufacturing facility and connected them with legal assistance to negotiate their lease, saving Kefir Lab hundreds of dollars a month.
