St. Francis de Sales School for the Deaf engaged with Perkins School for the Blind to develop a groundbreaking DeafBlind program tailored to the unique needs of our students. Led by Dr. Jodi Falk, our team participated in monthly professional learning sessions and secured grant funding to build a specialized ‘Active Learning’ room equipped with tools inspired by Dr. Lilli Nielsen’s methods.
