The event featured a night full of laughter from national comedian Preacher Lawson, who is best known for his appearance on America’s Got Talent. Such a fun night supporting Gilda's Club Grand Rapids and its mission of providing free emotional health support to anyone navigating a cancer or grief journey!

Our client, Cornerstone University, has launched a revolutionary way to earn a bachelor’s degree on a cell phone using its new mobile app, SOAR. The university partnered with Michigan Software Labs in the creation of SOAR, which allows users to earn an accredited bachelor’s degree in strategic business management on their own time, using a cell phone to complete self-paced courses. The new degree program is designed for adult learners to earn a degree and also to assist companies in growing their future talent needs from within from within.

We’re proud to support CWD Real Estate Investment as they celebrate their historic office-to-residential conversion project at 111 Lyon NW in downtown Grand Rapids! The milestone was marked by a sledgehammer ceremony where local leaders took part in breaking the first walls of the 95,025-square-foot office building to launch its transformation into 140 modern residential units. This is a first-of-its-kind project in Michigan, with units consisting of a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. The lower floors will remain office spaces, with long-term tenants, including Fifth Third Bank, maintaining their presence in the building. The transformation will add approximately 20 new residential units per floor. Construction is expected to be completed in the spring/summer of 2026, with applications beginning to be accepted this winter.
