关于我们
The Sex Work Donor Collaborative, or SWDC, is a network of funders that have come together to increase the amount and quality of funding to support sex workers' rights. We achieve this through strategic coordination of grant-making, research, and advocacy in partnership with sex worker-led organizations and networks.

Insightful post from our members!
Our Deputy Director Alexis Wilson Briggs co-authored this Alliance magazine article with Meg French from Stephen Lewis Foundation - the two serve on the Board of Funders Concerned About AIDS - to highlight the essential role feminist funding plays in effective efforts to end HIV and AIDS. "[T]o shed more light on this issue and collaborate on solutions, funders and activists will come together at the?Moving Money, Building Movements Convening?in advance of the 15th?AWID International Forum this year." In response to a report from the UN Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women and Girls which demeaned sex workers, sex workers and allies organized in Geneva at the Human Rights Council with a clear message: Decrim now and sex work is work. Out of 10 NGO intervention slots, 7 were made by sex workers and 2 by allies. Watch this statement by ESWA's director Sabrina Sanchez: https://lnkd.in/dkPk46E5
