Big flex for big community values: SevenGen's Miranda Geoghegan, MPH, CSP is an Olympic Weightlifting Coach! This weekend, she participated in the largest multi-sport championship in the world - The Arnold Sports Festival in Columbus, Ohio. Over 20,000 athletes from ~80 countries represented more than 60 sports. The Arnold (Schwarzenegger) Sports Festival emphasizes community engagement and outreach.?The event hosts fitness expos, educational workshops, and health and wellness initiatives, encouraging people of all ages and fitness levels to embrace a healthier lifestyle. The festival’s commitment to education and awareness aligns with its mission to inspire positive change in individuals and communities. Cheers to you for being all that is awesome, Miranda! ??

We were thrilled with all the great questions we were asked and enjoyed meeting with those who visited our booth.
