Pulling on my former economic data nerd hat for a second: I would like to HIGHLY ENCOURAGE anyone and everyone to attend this. When economists talk cost of living, often key "costs" of everyday living are left out of and self-sufficient is so different from cost of living!

LISC Greater Cincinnati, along with key partners, officially launched the Revive + Thrive Home Repair Loan Program on September 24th, 2024. This program is designed to help income-eligible homeowners make essential repairs to their properties, promoting safety and increasing the long-term value of their homes. Here's what you need to know: Low-interest loans (2%) ranging from $5,000 to $25,000. Available to homeowners with incomes up to 80% of the area median income (AMI). Currently open to homeowners in participating jurisdictions outside of Cincinnati. City announcements coming soon!
