MEETING PLANNER Immediate hire temp position at Prestigious Jewish Organization ? Assist with every aspect for event logistics, organization, preparation and execution. ? 5-7 years of event management experience, particularly with 200+ person benefits and galas for non-profit organizations. ? Budgets -Maintaining budget -Updating budget lines -tracking expenses -projecting expenses ? RSVP/Tickets Tracking tickets Tacking gifts and gift categories Tracking RSVP list Vendors Liaising with vendors Maintaining vendor information (tax ID, address, payment history, etc.) Filling out all necessary paperwork for internal forms so vendors are paid on time Communicating with vendors week off and day off event???????? ?
