That’s what inspired us to create Sessionboard. Our platform simplifies the complex workflows and disjointed communications that exist around speaker and content management today. The results?     We’ve been listening to our clients and event organizers at large, and what we've learned is that managing speaker content, approvals, and session details is a very nuanced process. Therefore, our Speaker Portals needed to be intuitive, robust, and most importantly flexible to match. That’s why we’ve launched 7 new updates to make the portal experience smoother, more efficient, and fully in your control. 1?? Lock "Speaker Detail" Edits?– To help you avoid last-minute changes that can create inconsistencies in printed and published materials. 2?? Empower Session Participant Collaboration?- Give your session participants the ability to delegate a lead who can update speaker bios, headshots, details for all related session participants. 3?? Rolling Evaluations?– Lock in reviewed and approved sessions while keeping a rolling submissions process open (so you can build you agenda as you go). 4?? Custom Branding?– Make portals an extension of your event’s identity. 5?? Mobile-Optimized Portals?– Speakers can update details anytime, anywhere (on the plane, on the train, in the Uber). 6?? Create & Assign Session-Level Tasks?– Organizers can create session tasks that can be seen by all session participants (i.e. co-speakers). 7?? Speaker Profile Updates?– Self-service tools keep bios and credentials accurate. We designed these updates to save time, reduce friction, and create a best-in-class speaker experience.
