Our motto is; “why say no when you can just go low?” We feel drinking with lower alcohol content is a more enjoyable and realistic alternative to not drinking at all. We believe that a happier, healthier drinking experience should be available to all of us, as it’s a crucial element for achieving better physical and mental health, as well as a better life balance. Last year, I secured a place in the London Marathon, but before I could even start training, I crushed part of my kneecap. Months of scans, physio, and rehab later, my knee is finally getting back to normal. Since then, my world has shifted in a much bigger way. My mum was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s at just 55 years old. It took two years for her to receive an official diagnosis, highlighting just how much more needs to be done to improve early detection, treatment, and ultimately, to find a cure. I had planned to defer my marathon place. But with 10 weeks to go, I’ve had a lightning bolt of inspiration (or madness!) and I’m taking on the challenge and training to run in support of Alzheimer's Research UK. It won’t be easy, but it's absolutely nothing compared to living with Alzheimer’s. If you’d like to support me on this journey, any donations would mean the world - not just to me, but to my mum and the millions of people affected by this disease. It’s a very exciting time to be in the mid-strength category, with all the data pointing in one direction: a demand for more laid back consumption, without sacrificing taste, tenacity or texture. Session Spirit? is now live on DELLI! ??? You can now pick up a bottle of our award-winning London Dry as one of their exclusive drops in January! I know what you might be thinking, though... A) Was it too early for me to whip out my bikini? B) Is it risky dropping an alcohol brand... in Jan? The answer to both is: no (with caveats)! Firstly, this picture was taken in summer (it also isn't me - shocker). Secondly, Session Spirit? is all about lighter sessions which is perfect for those who want to make healthier choices this year, but don't want to give up all of their gin and tonics! I may be biased, but I think gin and tonics as strong as a beer is the best way to drink them - especially when it tastes like the usual 9-10% stuff! ???????? ?? ?????????? ???? ????????! It's been a great start to the year (already) for Session Spirit? with some key press features as we gear up for the year of mid-strength! You may have already seen our feature in The Times by Kate Spicer, naming Session Spirit? as one of the hottest trends for 2025 (if we've ever spoken, you will have heard about it...repeatedly)! (Link below) But it was a welcomed surprise seeing Session Spirit? mentioned once more in the Metro this weekend, in a piece by the brilliant Rob Buckhaven! Rob explores his favourite selections for bookending/zebra striping and Session Spirit? features as a choice for something in the middle that allows you to enjoy consistent balance when having a few. (Link below). 2024 saw a real turning point in how the off-trade and on-trade are adopting the mid-strength movement and 2025 feels (already) like the year we see real shifts. Once more, I feel incredible excited and grateful to help drive this forward and it's always amazing to see Session Spirit? in the press. Bring on the rest of 2025 - more announcements coming soon!

Session Spirit have been featured in The Times by the excellent Kate Spicer in the heavily anticipated 'What's Hot For 2025' article (link in the comments). Alongside our friends over at 6PERCENT and Quarter Proof | B Corp, Session Spirit and the mid-strength category has been tipped for its breakout year in 2025. Feeling really humbled and grateful to top Session Spirit's best year yet with a big step forward for the mid-strength category. On a personal level, I'm also really chuffed that my thinking of choosing the drink first and strength second has made it into the mainstream media! ??
