Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. - Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure the best talent fit. - Drive technical recruitment efforts, particularly in IT, engineering, and digital domains. - Maintain and expand talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Job Details: - Experience: Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition. - Education: BBA or MBA ( HR or any other field ) - Timings: 12 PM – 9 PM. - Location: Onsite, PECHS, Karachi. - Salary: Market competitive with benefits. Preferred Skills: - Strong experience in technical recruitment. - Expertise in LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ??
