I love seeing the faces of the owners when they see the result. It's super satisfying to see them take that first deep breath of relief. ?? What’s your most memorable restoration job? A woman was living in a house that had slowly developed into a hoarding situation over the course of several decades. She needed to sell her house so she could live with her daughter, who was going to take care of her in New Jersey. She needed to get as much as possible because the cost of living out there is significantly higher. I took the time to ensure she was comfortable throughout the entire experience because it was difficult for her to part with things. But we got through it and she sold the house for more than asking amount, less than two weeks after it hit the market! ?? Coke or Pepsi? My taste buds can't take the sweetness of "pop." I've converted to one of those weird "carbonated water" people now. ?? What’s a random fun fact about yourself? I've had two legitimate supernatural encounters (one of them friendly). ??
