Since its launch in 2018, the SHAPE program has been dedicated to empowering patients by providing a comprehensive suite of brochures designed to enhance their daily care needs. Co-created with patient experts, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, these resources reflect a commitment to collaboration and support.
