Elections bring about mixed emotions. But for MSPs, they tend to bring about a boom of revenue! At least in the year following one, which, if you're counting, is less than two months away now. How can you make sure your organization is set up to take advantage of this cycle and create more client value than ever before? I think back to the big takeaways from the recent #ITNConnect24: 1. Make sure you're aligned with the business outcomes of your customers. By truly understanding what their goals are for 2025, you can then develop a roadmap whereby your processes and technology provide the best opportunity for them to succeed. Technology is not the end, it’s a means to an end. It may also help you understand gaps where YOU need to upskill. 2. Your automation strategy needs to be robust and communicated to your customers. Remind them why they are doing business with you, highlight your automation in regard to security and the emerging AI space. Those that aren't up-to-speed here will quickly fall behind. Being AI-ready for MSPs means both harnessing its power in your organization (internally) and being prepared to help your clients implement it where it makes the most sense. 3. Be prepared for disruption. Embrace it! If you're feeling behind in any area, reach out to your community to see how they've dealt with the same challenges.
