At first, we worked hard to separate ourselves from that idea—until we realized we could do it the Service in Unity way. ?? Now, we’re embracing being the newest temporary employment agency with two key commitments to ensure a Win-Win for everyone: ? Stigma-Free Workplaces – All clients sign a proposal committing to a supportive, stigma-free environment. This aligns with our staff-centered approach. ? Accessible Pricing – You set the hourly wage, and we add 30%, which is below industry norms. 20% of the cost is employment cost, and only 10% covers administrative costs. Local businesses and nonprofits can now afford the help they need—while ensuring our staff are valued and supported. Here’s how it works: When a request comes in, we send it out to our team, and the gig gets picked up on a first-come, first-serve basis.
