Our Sales Development Team began in 2013 with two of our very first Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The team was built on hard work, collaboration, continuous improvement and positivity. Today, this team has 60 SDRs across the US, UK and the Netherlands and has produced 80% of our pipeline this year. To celebrate the 11th anniversary, the team hosted its first-ever Sales Development Homecoming. They spent the week reflecting on their journey, celebrating incredible growth and enjoying activities, including Spirit Week. Way to go, team! We're grateful for each of you and all you've achieved!

Say hello to our Customer Success Team! This group of individuals plays a vital role in maintaining customer relationships and supporting our Sales Team with contract renewals, quotes, account maintenance and more. Recently, the team introduced an updated support structure, which enables them to collaborate and strategize more effectively with sales team members. In addition to streamlining their process, the team rolled out new features in Salesforce to grant visibility into the team's activities, speed of requests and performance metrics. As our company has grown and evolved, so has the Customer Success Team, with team members across the US and UK. Recently, the team spent time together in person, collaborating and discussing future goals. They also had some fun tie-dying shirts.
