We’ve partnered with Curana Health to launch the Value-Based Care Alliance of Florida, which will bring senior living operators and healthcare providers together to improve resident health outcomes and reduce operator costs. The Alliance will leverage Serviam's HigherPath? Operating System and Curana Health's on-site primary care services (supported by Curana's Medicare ACOs and Medicare Advantage SNPs) to equip operators with the tools and support needed to succeed in value-based care.
