At the recent ESEA Network Conference, SERVE’s Christina Endres, Program Specialist, EducationForward, presented “More than Numbers: Connecting Outcomes to Students.” Ms. Endres shared information on identification, absenteeism, and adjusted cohort graduation rates for students experiencing homelessness. Special shout out to Crystal Haslett and Melissa Patchett of the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township, who provided insights on what things they did to ensure a 96% graduation rate for students experiencing homelessness. #education #students #homelessness
