We’re excited to announce that Subaru Hawai?i has donated a total of $30,000 to our nonprofit partners Make-A-Wish Hawaii and Hawai?i Humane Societies across all the islands (Hawaii Island Humane Society, Hawaiian Humane Society, Maui Humane Society, Kauai Humane Society) through our 13th annual Share the Love campaign! ?? For every Subaru purchased in Hawai?i, $350 was donated to our local nonprofit recipients, with each organization eligible to receive up to $15,000. It's National Student Volunteer Day! ?? Our Fukunaga Scholarship recipients are making a positive impact in the community by dedicating their time to volunteer efforts outside the classroom.? Sean Kobayashi shares how the scholarship has empowered him to give back to the community: “The Fukunaga Scholarship has raised a large financial?burden?off my shoulders and has given me more time to help within the community.?Additionally, the Fukunaga Scholarship network has connected me with like-minded individuals, allowing me to coordinate volunteer activities with other organizations.” Applications for the 2025-2026 Fukunaga Scholarship will be closing on Monday, February 24! We are proud to support Hawai’i’s future automotive technicians! Servco recently donated two Toyota Prius vehicles to Waipahu High School and James Campbell High School to provide students with more hands-on learning opportunities. ??? During the presentation, students learned about the evolving industry and role of automotive technicians through demonstrations of alternative fuel vehicles, including the hydrogen-powered Toyota Mirai, hybrid-electric Toyota Prius, and fully electric Toyota bZ4X. ?? The Servco Foundation is honored to donate $60,000 to four local non-profit organizations across Hawai?i as a part of the 2024 Community Grant Program. Each non-profit organization received $15,000 to help further their work in improving on Hawai?i’s environment, economy, and community. ?? PROTECT & PRESERVE HAWAI'I gives back to the environment through conservation efforts and aims to protect Hawai?is native ecosystems and cultural heritage. ?? Ho'ōla Nā Pua is committed to preventing sex trafficking while providing care for girls who have been exploited. ?? Project Hawai'i, Inc. provides holistic support to homeless keiki across the state. ?? MA KA HANA KA IKE BUILDING PROGRAM provides vocational training and skill development through hands-on experiences for youth in Hāna, Maui. Mahalo for all that you do! ??
