Seregh (pronounced “surge”), which we launched last month to invest in and develop real estate around sports and entertainment venues, has expanded its leadership with two high profile Board and Investment Committee additions.
?
Ric Clark, former Chairman and CEO of Brookfield Property Group, has joined the Seregh Board and newly formed Investment Committee. Under his leadership, the property group grew its assets under management from $5 billion to more than $200 billion, expanded its investment, operational and asset management capabilities, and extended its geographic footprint beyond North America and Brazil to Europe, Australia, India and China. Today, Brookfield is one of the largest owners and operators of real estate with more than 600 million square feet of properties in key markets worldwide.
?
Ric joins industry leaders such as Amy Latimer (Delaware North), Kevin Demoff (Kroenke Sports & Entertainment), Joseph Cohen (MSG Sports), Michael Levine (CAA), and Mitchell Schear (formerly of JBG Smith) in shaping Seregh’s strategic vision.
?
Mitchell, who currently sits on the Seregh Board, also joins the Investment Committee. Ric and Mitchell’s appointments are expected to further drive Seregh’s focus on large-scale, mixed-use developments around sports and entertainment venues.

Team owners can hire architects and consultants to navigate a project on their own, but when partnering with Seregh, they get a deep bench of industry titans. Seregh brings extensive experience, as well as the capital and execution capabilities that are tried, true, and tested. Our offering is irreplicable.
