Direct mail is down... A trends report that SeQuel Response published shows that volumes have dropped, but that's not the whole story. The dip in the numbers is primarily due to the mortgage and loan sector, which is experiencing high interest rates and is down at nearly 20%. Is this a concern? No. Each sector is shaped by its own set of external factors.
