Founded in 2022, the SEOK (SouthEast Oklahoma) Groundbed Committee exists for the coordination and monitoring of cathodic protection current sources in southeast Oklahoma, northeast Texas and western Arkansas. The committee consists of CP professionals from 10+ pipeline companies in the above-mentioned geographical area and is sponsored by various CP project/engineering firms.

Today, we announced the execution of a definitive merger agreement with EnLink Midstream under which ONEOK will acquire all the outstanding publicly held common units of EnLink for $4.3 billion in ONEOK common stock. Subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, completion of the transaction is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2025.
