At Sentry, our top priorities are passenger safety and service quality. That’s why we closely monitor driver performance and take action when necessary. We document all reported incidents and track the full history of driver complaints for review. If similar reports arise, we may first retrain, suspend, or remove a driver from performing the trips. We care about our drivers and passengers. Below are some of the reasons for suspension or termination: 1?? Too many complaints 2?? Involvement in an incident or accident 3?? A confirmed positive result from random drug testing 4?? Speeding or unsafe driving verified using GPS records 5?? Egregious behavior (Violence or threats, Sexual harassment or assault, etc.) 6?? Use of prohibited substances? 7?? Vehicle safety failures Drivers have the opportunity to regain active status after an investigation by passing a drug test and completing policy and safety refresher training before resuming service. If you have any questions, we are here to help! ?? #sentrycares

This February, we ran a survey with our clients to understand how satisfied they are with our service. We also received valuable suggestions for the drivers, which we are carefully reviewing to make improvements. Your feedback is essential for our growth! ?? We’re proud of the positive feedback, and we’ll keep working to make our service even better. Stay tuned for more surveys coming soon. #SentryCares

What better way to learn about a country’s history and culture than through its national cuisine? ?? In this episode, Sentry’s driver Archil shares his favorite Georgian dishes and talks about the rich traditions of winemaking and bread baking in Georgia. He also explains what khinkali is. As part of our Month of Georgian Culture at Sentry, we’re excited to share this delicious journey. Have you ever tried it? #MonthOfGeorgianCulture_Sentry #MonthOfGeorgianCulture

Picture this: You hop into a car, and the driver helps to load your wheelchair into the trunk. When you arrive, you notice a scratch! But was it already there, or did it happen during the ride? Without proof, it’s just a guessing game. To keep things fair for both passengers and drivers, we’re rolling out a simple new step: drivers will take a quick video before handling any equipment. ?????? For passengers It ensures your equipment is handled with care, and any existing damage is noted upfront. ?? For drivers It prevents false claims and protects them from misunderstandings. What to expect: Before loading equipment, your driver will take a short video to document its condition. This only applies when they’re handling it – if you’re carrying your stuff (like a walking stick), no video is needed. This quick step makes rides smoother, safer, and more transparent for everyone. Thanks for riding with us! ?? #SentryCares #SentryCommunity

What do you know about Georgia? No, not the state – the beautiful Caucasian country nestled between the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. Share the first thing that comes to mind in the comments below. If nothing does (or if only Ray Charles' song comes to mind), that's okay too. We're about to change that ?? At Sentry, we're kicking off a month dedicated to Georgian culture to showcase the diversity and uniqueness of the drivers who've come to New York from Georgia and work hard to provide comfortable rides for passengers. Sometimes they might seem stern, but that's just because of their Caucasian accent in English. We want to debunk this myth and show you that Georgians are people with big, kind hearts and a rich, centuries-old culture. You'll discover the best of Georgian cuisine in New York, learn about a driver's daily life, and much more. Stay tuned – it's going to be interesting ? #GeorgianCultureMonth #SentryDiversity #SentryCommunity #GeorgianDrivers #NYC
