The NIKA and Sentry Solutions RPIE Team has been diligently working at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD over the past two weeks. Our CEO, Kabir Chaudhary, and Chief Growth Officer, Kyle Henson, visited the site to tour the facility and connect with our team as they conducted inventory surveys at one of the nation’s largest military medical centers. ? During this site visit, the RPIE team meticulously assessed the facility, gathering specification data on each piece of equipment. They recorded essential details such as location, manufacturer, serial numbers, volts, and amps. Each item was tagged with a unique identifier label featuring a scannable QR code and the inventory date. These surveys are crucial for documenting the preventive maintenance and repair needs of installed building equipment, enabling the development of effective action plans for enhanced real property management. This work supports the mission of our client, the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and contributes to the operational excellence of Walter Reed, which has proudly served military personnel, veterans, and their families for over a century. ?
