The 2025 Sentry Management Leadership Development class held its first meeting this past month in Longwood, FL. Comprised of over a dozen Sentry Management employees from across the country, this Leadership Development class is part of a year-long program designed to provide professional development opportunities, helping prepare these promising employees for growth within the company. Throughout the program, the class will have various educational opportunities, including readings, assignments, and humanitarian volunteer projects, to support their growth and educational development.
