Navigating the Evolving Landscape of International Trade Compliance: As international trade regulations continue to evolve, staying compliant has never been more challenging. ?? Key Compliance Challenges: ?? Keeping up with constantly shifting trade laws. ?? Managing conflicting regulations across regions. ?? Navigating complex tariff structures and changing duty rates. ?? Sanctions & Embargoes: Enforced under laws such as the Trading with the Enemy Act (TWEA) and International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), with enforcement by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). ?? Export Controls: Regulated under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ?? Key Tariff & Risk Considerations ??
