Sensory Service Center

The Sensory Service Center is a full-service consumer and analytical testing facility specializing in dairy applications. We strive to create a one-stop research facility for our business partners where we can seamlessly assist in pilot scale production, flavor or compositional testing, and consumer testing. The SSC team consists of highly trained graduate students and laboratory technicians under the direction of Dr. MaryAnne Drake, a distinguished leader in the fields of sensory and dairy science. Our mission is to provide experienced and dedicated sensory and analytical problem-solving services to industry. We are always here to work for you. When you contract with us, you have our full reassurance that your data is your own. Our research publications give you confidence that our work can stand up to peer review, but your results will not be shared with anyone except you.
