For MSPs running complex Microsoft environments (Sentinel, Intune, etc) keeping systems aligned with policies is a non-trivial task. I've assisted Mark Shavlik for the last few months on Senserva 's GTM and happy to see them put out great content like this for their audience. Senserva is mssp focused and we 100% agree with the need for mssps this article describes. Security is too complex to not get help from experts. Just be sure you are working with folks who know their stuff, ask them the hard questions when selecting an mssp, it is good to be a little paranoid.

Whoa, MSSP market to hit $103.64 billion by 2031 with 14.2% CAGR according to a study released from SkyQuest. 2023 market size is $35.82 billion. Those are oddly specific numbers. However, the article cites a lack of people as one of the drivers. It also says growth will be most significant with large enterprises. I am skeptical of this. I think SMB has a lot more room to grow. This maps to my research from 8 years ago. I saw lack of talent and compliance ("regulated workloads" in AWS-parlance) as two big drivers in managed security. At that time, the MSSP business was barely cracking a billion. You have to register to see a sample of the report. However, the sample is good. #mssp #managedsecurity
