Good morning! I'd love for this post to be re-shared and shared again. The time has come where my baby Senra Systems needs to hire a full time dedicated in house recruiting professional. I've helped scale this company from 7 to 40 employees and it's just the beginning. They have raised $15.5 million in funding from top investors like a16z and Sequoia. You'll get to work with these incredible people Jordan Black Benjamin Shanahan and David Hwang Our ideal person: - We'd love someone to be in LA as their offices are in Redondo Beach and either to be onsite or hybrid. This is a MUST. - We'd love someone who has depth in hardware hiring as well as software hiring with priority in hiring for hardware. - We'd love someone how has experience creating processes as well rolling up their sleeves and recruiting (sourcing/screening/offers/closing). - We'd love someone with experience in a high growth startup. - We'd love someone who can use Greenhouse in their sleep. - I'd LOVE someone with a positive and flexible attitude, a go-getter mentality, relentless and strategic recruiter who can build an employment brand like nobody's business.
