Congratulations to Teka Thomas for being a part of the Senior Living Communities family for six years! ?? We have watched Teka blossom into the dedicated leader she was destined to be! She started at Brightwater as an intern in our community while working towards her bachelor's degree at Coastal Carolina. Afterward, she took the experience to Wellmore of Daniel Island to spend a few years in their wellness program. Teka landed at Wildewood Downs four years ago as their Wellness Director and has brought The Weller Life to our Members ever since. Join us in welcoming, Kevin C. Oakley as our Chief Financial Officer. ?? He will oversee and direct all the Company’s finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining our Home Office, Kevin was a Director of Seniors Housing at Lument, an investment banking and mortgage company, where he focused on seniors housing and healthcare real estate finance. Kevin graduated from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, earning his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Investments. He is also a graduate of Marshall University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Minor in Accounting. At The Stratford, their Men's Group has started a fun and effective way to keep themselves motivated during their workouts. They found their mutual love for fancy pants after getting to know one another better. These allow them to express their unique personalities while getting in a good workout together. We recently had the privilege of bringing in two special guests to the inner circle! Executive Director Sam Carrillo and Regional Vice President of Operations, BLair joined us for a functional circuit class with our gentlemen! He is been a dedicated leader of their community for over 15 years! Sam is a fantastic man who keeps our Members and team members living The Weller Life? through upholding our company's Guiding Principles! We are the luckiest to have Sam and cannot wait to continue supporting him in all he pursues! ?? ?? ??

We are proud to share the fantastic story of Antoinette Hudges. ?? She has been a dedicated team member of our community, Marsh's Edge on St. Simons Island, Georgia, since 2018. She first joined the team as a server in our formal dining room and quickly realized the many opportunities available for her to grow as a team member. In 2019, she returned to school to obtain her CNA certification, using our Elevate Program to make it even easier. Our Elevate Program allows our team members to pursue the next step in their careers with financial assistance. After serving our Members in a new capacity as a CNA, she knew she had found her passion in healthcare. In 2024, she proudly finished her RN license to begin the next step on her path. We are immensely proud to have had the privilege of cheering Antoinette as she pursued all these success levels. ?? ?? ??
