Purpose Relationships Service I wish to thank all of you for your support as I chose to make the huge leap and join my wife at Senior Compass. My personal mission statement, and my purpose throughout my whole career is and has been, "See people for who they are, and for who they can become. Facilitate an environment and invite them to be their best selves and to do their best work." This personal mission statement has applied to my roles as a manager, business leader, leader in the community, and father. It applies to me everywhere. I think part of why this has become passion is because I would never have had the opportunities that I've had if people didn't see something in me that hasn't happened yet. Any success I've had in life is because of the connections and relationships I've had. I'm grateful for those who have trusted me and I thoroughly enjoy giving opportunities to others. I've always been blessed to have a career where I interact with people in their most vulnerable moments. This is certainly the case at Senior Compass. This is a place where I and my team can use our experience, expertise, and relationships to guide others to the option that's best for them.
