Incoming Medicare Changes ??
Starting April 1, 2025, agents can no longer assist with Disaster SEP enrollments. Beneficiaries affected by a declared disaster or emergency must now contact 1-800-MEDICARE directly to make enrollment changes. Consider updating your materials to remove any references to agent-assisted Disaster SEP enrollments and make sure your clients know this change so they don’t miss their window. #Medicare #CMSUpdate #DisasterSEP
