Founded in 2019, Seneca is Built on the foundation and successes of Larry Chapman, with the commitment to take a different approach to the industry, developing his company with a focus on creating a lasting impact for the future of our region. For decades Larry has touched many of the region’s largest and most challenging projects and developments. Most notably, successfully developing architecturally significant corporate headquarters for firms such as the Centene and Pfizer Corporations, Solae, Express Scripts, and Zurich Insurance. Seneca’s first project under its banner is a state of the art 4 story office building and lab- EDGE @ BRIDGE, serving the ag-tech industry for Benson Hill at the Danforth Plant Science Center campus. Current projects also include EDGE @ WEST, designed for tech and creative users from the ground UP, and 9 Mile Garden – home of Missouri’s very first family-focused food truck garden, entertainment, and cultural district. Our developments and team of professionals are committed to our region, and our communities, focused on creating great experiences, working with Respect, Innovation, Service and Excellence.
