Partner and Vice President of Investments, Amaury de Barros Conti, regularly demonstrates those values through his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America. Amaury has been involved with scouting since 2012, when his oldest son started as a Bobcat. His youngest son joined scouting in 2015 and is now a Star Scout. Over the years, Amaury has been on many camping trips with the Scouts, and the biggest journey is ahead of him. Amaury and his youngest son will be going to the Philmont Scout Ranch for a 7-day high-adventure hiking trip on June 28th. Alford, Jr. Inseparable in family and business, Kay and Alford were dedicated to serving the Black Business community. Congratulations to Michael, who is celebrating the completion of his first year as part of the Sendero? team! With over three decades of experience, Michael bring extensive knowledge of corporate accounting principles and valuable insights to the firm. As Controller, he is responsible for leading a team that helps maintain Sendero’s strong financial position and ensuring the firm has the most accurate and up-to-date financial information and practices. Michael oversees internal accounting processes, monthly and quarterly production of closing reports and financial statements, annual tax filing, and payrolls. He works directly with and supports the Chief Financial Officer on forecasting, statistical analysis, and development of best practices, policies, and procedures for the accounting department.
