    F1 isn’t the easiest place to have a conversation with all of the vrooming and cheering, but we were glad to grab some time to chat with Jonas Caruana of Jane App!

Last October, we had the pleasure of hosting some of those customers trackside at the Formula 1 US Grand Prix in Austin. One guest in particular stole the show. Maybe it's the accent, maybe it's the fact that he flew all the way from Vancouver, BC, or maybe we're just biased ??♀? Meet Jonas Caruana, Director of Product at Jane App, a leading practice management solution for health and wellness practitioners. Our Head of Product, Shailesh Nalawadi, managed to catch this avid Formula 1 fan between races for a quick chat where Jonas revealed to us the secret sauce behind Jane App's success: building trust with their partners and customers.
