University of California, Berkeley is the newest university to participate in the eight-week Summer Research Internship exchange organized each year by Digital Futures at KTH. Switching places for the summer the students from KTH and UC Berkeley are involved in research around energy, intelligent tutoring systems, robotics, transportation and artificial intelligence. The addition of UC Berkeley to the programme is one of the first initiatives the two universities have taken since signing an agreement for closer collaboration.
