We at Semple Brown are looking forward to continued progress on the amazing Project in 2025!
"Hurley on the Platte" is more than just a real estate development project. It is A vision. A story. A new beginning. From the start, Bernard Hurley and our team acknowledged the South Platte River as an opportunity to reconnect with one of the City's greatest assets and chose to make it the "front door" of our project. The stretch of the South Platte River that runs adjacent to the RiNo Park Neighborhood has historically gone overlooked and ultimately neglected resulting in missed opportunities along the way. However, with the recent commitment by the Army Corps of Engineers to restore the South Platte River in Denver, this reinforced our vision all along that our project is in fact aligned with what our community and its surrounding areas has called developments like ours to do. Our vision and story are countless years in the making. We pride ourselves in making sure we get this development done right; because it matters. With intentional, thoughtful, and impactful conceptual and architectural design, our partners and consultants continue to help us make this vision come to life everyday. We are looking forward to the year 2025 and the countless opportunities that are in store for our community through the making of this project. Stay tuned! _____ Source: https://lnkd.in/gkvdF3aw
