Enjoying some downtime this week in Alaska! It takes over 1,500 staff, to keep the over 3,000 passengers on this ship happy and it's remarkable how smooth things run. One thing that's clear is everyone knows the mission at hand. There's clearly a "North Star" that all the crew has and it important that all businesses have the same. As a customer, it's apparent everyone is making decisions around my safety and my enjoyment.... the cruise ship making money FEELS like an after thought and that's and incredibly important lesson we can all learn from. Put the customer first....and money will follow.
