The final RE/MAX Downtown Tailgate numbers are in! $22,000 dollars were raised through the generosity of our sponsors and the community showing up to enjoy all the festivities! We will able to present the Sunnybrook Hope Center a check for $11,000, which will in turn provide 55,000 meals to food deprived members of our Siouxland community. The walk with me program goes far beyond providing food and offers a pathway for those in need to get back on their feed in a sustainable way. They serve hundreds of individual households weekly and their work is so vital to this city. The other portion of proceeds from the event benefited the St. Luke's Children's Miracle Network, our local children's hospital. Siouxland families experiencing challenging health circumstances for your children will be provided a little extra comfort through funds raised at the Downtown Tailgate and fantastic team at St St. Luke's Children's Miracle Network. Thank you to the army of folks that makes this event a reality each year. We will see you at the 4th annual RE/MAX Downtown Tailgate next year as we take over 4th & Jones at the RE/MAX City Centre! We will be sharing a reel shortly looking back on highlights of this epic event!
