  • That’s a Wrap on the Final Day of the SIIA Future Leaders Forum! What an incredible close to an inspiring few days of learning, growth, and connection. Today, we tackled some of the industry’s most pressing topics—from the evolving payer landscape in Cell & Gene Therapy to pulling back the curtain on PBMs. We looked ahead at the role of Artificial Intelligence in our work, reflected on our personal career paths, and sharpened the leadership skills that will carry us forward as future changemakers. Thank you to everyone who brought their energy, insight, and curiosity to this year’s Forum. The conversations sparked here will continue to shape our industry—and our careers—for years to come. Until next time! THIS is where the business of self-insurance gets done. Erin Duffy Delia Napolitano Steven Howard Mark Catanzaro, REBC® Max Harmon Brady Bizarro, Esq. • Registration is NOW OPEN to SIIA Members for our Advocacy in Action webinar on April 23rd. This months edition will provide valuable updates on the House and Senate Republicans Budget Resolution, kick-starting the process of enacting a "Reconciliation Bill”, whether there may be a bi-partisan healthcare bill later this year, and a review of which regulations may arise as "political" appointees continue to enter the Federal Departments. We’ll also touch on our advocacy pushing back on efforts at the State level to regulate stop-loss insurance and erode ERISA's preemption powers. • Today kicks off Day 1 of the SIIA Future Leaders Forum. Over the next two days, rising leaders from across the self-insurance industry will come together to explore where the market is headed—and the role the next generation will play in shaping it. Today’s sessions focus on two foundational themes: SIIA’s role as the leading advocacy organization for our industry, and the evolving future of the self-insurance marketplace—where transparency, adaptability, and innovation are more important than ever. As the next generation of leaders steps up, this is an opportunity not just to learn, but to engage, ask questions, and challenge assumptions. The dialogue starts here, and it starts today.
