Self Care Yoga & Wellness is an in house studio and we are now also an On Demand Virtual Yoga Studio. With yoga classes you can access anytime of day ranging in different class times. Some classes included are gentle yoga, beginning yoga, aroma yoga, chair yoga, prenatal yoga, kids yoga, to name a few. We also take recommendations of classes you would like to see in the virtual studio. We teamed up with Beachbody to get you more at home workouts to sweat or stretch and the coaching support you need. We created the Love Yourself Challenge to help you get through those bumps. And help us fall in love with ourselves again. We have a children’s book called Breathing Through The Chakras With The Help Of Essential Oils. Brand Partner with Young Living Essential Oils & Nature's Ultra CBD. And we teamed up with Savvi Athleisure wear to give you more comfortable everyday clothing to work out in or just wear comfortably whatever the occasion.
