Role Description This is a full-time wholesale insurance broker producer role with a primary responsibility to drive revenue and help continue to build a book of business for Select Risk Services. The wholesale Broker will be responsible for tasks such as insurance brokerage sales & negotiation, risk analysis, customer service, marketing and strategic sales planning. While we are located in Texas, we are open to hiring brokers in all 50 states. Ability to travel is a must. Qualifications Insurance E&S brokerage market expertise Sales planning expertise Strong customer service abilities with strong desire and ability to cold call / prospect for new clients. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Possession of relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., insurance broker P&C license(s)) Experience in commercial insurance classes of energy / oil & gas, environmental & construction is a big plus.
